On behalf of the 426 homeowners of King's Grant, we welcome you to our web site.
We have two legal documents, the provisions of which govern our Association and our subdivision; these are the BY-LAWS and the RESTRICTIONS. If you own a home in King's Grant or plan to buy one here, we urge you to read them in their entirety.
The most controversial provision of both of these documents is the payment of the annual maintenance fee. Since 1975, when the charge went into effect, some homeowners have taken the matter to court in protest. Each year the courts have ruled in favor of the Association.
If you own a home in King's Grant or plan to buy one here, we hope that you will take an active part in our community life and in our
Association by voting, attending meetings, participating in the various clubs and activities, and volunteering to serve on one of the committees.
